The machine model MF78/HT has been designed and manufactured using innovating systems and the latest technology;also all parts used are manufactured to the highest specifications for a better production of boots.
The mod. MF78/HT consist of:
- The rapid releasing for an easy and quick substitution of moulds.
- The moulds autobalance to make sure boots will be fully tailored to the mould.
- Both mouls rotate simultaniusly so the operator has a total visual control of the boots in every part.(4 modes of rotation: step by step, timed, manual,total cycle 270 degrees).
- The mechanical mould opening adjuster for a uniform ironing process. Aluminium heated roll.
- Electronic control moulds temperature. Jet of warm air and steam.
- Special system for horse customized boots ironing.
