The machine automatic stamping machine MF 400 model was constructed to obtain a high quality marking of logo on all leathers types,assembled footbed and cloth .
Main technical features :
- Automatic heated revolver of stamps holder (with No.6 slot) .
- Selection of double stamping function for each working cycle, this permit:
- 1 stamp without colored foil + 1 stamp with colored foil (this function is suggested if utilize a particular leather with special treatment on the surface).
- If utilized 2 special brass stamps (combinated) if possible to obtain a stamp with 2 colors or stamp with 1 color + hot countouring.
- Automatic application of pre-stamped transfert logo wrapped in a ribbon.
- Automatic traslation of ribbons holder.
- 850 Kg. of stamping power. This permit to obtain a very high quality results.
- Continuous loading worktop. Working area dimensions 400 x 300 mm.
- Automatic colored foil feed by electronic motor . The feed is also programmable in millimeter by touchscreen keyboard.
- Programmable brass stamp penetration (depth) settings by touchscreen keyboard. This permit to stamping all pieces with the same depth.
